Where our role starts and stops

The honest version

What we do

  • Prepare and check your claim documentation
  • Read your policy and explain what it covers

  • Follow up until a decision is issued

What we do not do

  • Decide or approve your claim — only the insurer does that
  • Guarantee any settlement amount or outcome
  • Take a percentage cut of your settlement
  • Sell you an insurance policy
  • Act as your legal representative in court
Our fee does not depend on the outcome being in your favour. Registration fees are published per policy type, and the settlement service fee is a fixed amount based on the slab your settled claim falls into — never a percentage. See the fee table.
